This Buffalo Bunny Dip is a creamy, spicy blend of shredded rabbit, ranch dressing, and hot sauce—a farm raised twist on the classic game-day favorite. Rich in flavor with just the right kick, it’s perfect for scooping with veggies, crackers, or crusty bread.
Dice the onion and caramelize it. This is optional, but adds a great layer of flavor.
Cook and shred the rabbit. This could be boil off the bone, done it he sous vide, baked in the over, or any other way you'd like to do it.
Cream together the cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.
Add the milk bit by bit until the texture is where you like it.
Mix in the onion and shredded rabbit.
Add in the hot sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
Put everything into a 9x9 pan. Over the top, make alternating lines of hot sauce or buffalo sauce and ranch. Take a knife and gently run it diagonally through the stripes, alternating directions to get the pretty v look. Sprinkle parsley on top.
Before serving, bake for about 30 minutes, or until warmed through. Dip can also be served cold.
